Ecommerce Trading Manager – Rodial
We have a great new opportunity for an Ecommerce Trading Manager to join the Rodial team to drive success across our eCommerce business. In this role you will maximise online sales and conversions across the Rodial website and related channels, using data and insights to drive the brand forward. You will be responsible for our digitally led customer communications including optimising the online customer journey, overseeing strategic activations on the Rodial website, trading the website, and overseeing CRM for the brand. You will be customer focused with strong commercial acumen, ensuring we are continuously optimising the website alongside the customer journey, and having a creative eye will ensure the website is as visually appealing as possible. To be successful in this role you will need proven experience within a similar eCommerce role as you will be working closely alongside the Head of Ecommerce and will ensure that all digital activities are delivered in line with business goals.

Senior National Account Manager (Maternity Cover) – Nip + Fab
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Nip+Fab team on a maternity cover as a Senior National Account Manager. You will be responsible for contributing towards the development of one of our key strategies at Nip+Fab focusing on Boots UK. You will manage the relationship with them across all negotiation, commercial discussion and strategy and will work closely with them to understand their consumer and optimise opportunity across the account. Ultimately you will be responsible for the UK growth of Nip+Fab within Boots, with the goal to make the brand one of the top 5 premium self-select skincare brands in Boots by the end of 2025.

Supply Chain Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager at Rodial. As Supply Chain Manager for the Rodial Group you will be responsible for managing the Supply Chain from order placement to receipt of goods, ensuring delivery of product is to specification, in full and on time. You will collaborate across the business to support the sales targets, forecasts, and growth plans, ensuring all systems and processes are managed; constantly evaluating, auditing, and developing them to maintain high performance. You will manage all aspects of purchasing, logistics, offsite warehousing and world-wide distribution, ensuring the business has the inventory to fulfil demand. While collaborating with, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with all third parties, you will be leading and developing an inspirational and ambitious team. To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record within this field and thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Wholesale Operations Executive
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Operations team as a Wholesale Operations Executive, supporting Rodial Group to efficiently process product orders for our customers. The role will include managing all aspects of the customer order processing and fulfilment, from working closely with warehouses to ensure we have regular order updates and timelines, to liaising with our internal account managers and external customers to provide updates. You will efficiently and effectively resolve any stock errors, and keep internal and external contacts informed of any stock issues that may affect orders. You will be proactive and will take initiative to improve business efficiency and performance, and will be able to work to minimize controllable costs. Communication is key for this role, and you will communicate updates effectively to relevant parties, within a timely manner.
