Your order will be set up to renew on a recurring basis. Your first shipment will process like any normal order placed through our website. It typically takes 2 – 3 working days for goods to arrive.
2. CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY
Choose your preferred shipment frequency. Every month, every 2 months, or something else, the choice is yours. We will take the payment, create and ship the order to you automatically depending on the frequency that you select when checking out.

When will my shipment arrive?
Your first shipment will process like any normal order placed through our website. It typically takes 2 – 3 business days for fulfillment. All future subscription orders will ship out 30, 60, or 90 days after your first order ships depending on the frequency that you select when checking out. Don’t worry, will make sure to notify you few days in advance before we ship your product.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account. Please note there is minimum of 3 delivery cycles before the subscription can be cancelled.
I need to make adjustments to my subscription. What should I do?

How do I track my shipments?

We accept debit and credit cards, please note that at this time, we do not offer Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3 payment options.

Currently, our subscription plans are available exclusively in the UK.
What shipping methods are available for my subscriptions?
Enjoy complimentary Next Day Courier Delivery on UK orders over £65. For orders below £65, a fee of £5 applies. Our shipping service is provided by Royal Mail tracked service at £3.50 fee.
