Maria's Bee Venom Story:
I first read about the bee venom facial in an article- it said Gwyneth Paltrow had let live bees sting her face to trigger collagen and skin healing. I was intrigued. Slightly horrified, yes- but intrigued enough to book a flight to LA to try it myself.
It was… intense. They released actual bees in the room. You feel the sting, then the heat, and then this strange sensation like your skin is waking up from the inside out. The science was that micro trauma kickstarts repair, brings fresh collagen to the surface. I loved the concept, just not the method. So I was left thinking: There has to be a better way.
I came back and started working with labs to develop something that could mimic the results- just without the sting. We sourced bee venom ethically (no bees are harmed), and created a formula that lifts, firms, and rejuvenates, using your skin’s own natural response mechanisms.
That was the beginning of the Rodial Bee Venom range. Inspired by the most extreme facial I’ve ever had, it was reimagined into a luxurious, pain-free formula you can use every day.
